I’m no law expert…

…but I’m passionate about the global fight for justice. This blog is a labor of love on that specific topic.

During my journalism studies I had the chance to side-step into the fields of Just War Theory and International Human Rights Law. Curiosity brought me there and the classes boosted my interest in the topic, which hasn’t faltered since.

Since then, I have had the honor of meeting several torture survivors. Their stories of hardship and hope have stuck with me. This blog is dedicated to those men and women.

Some posts may be opinionated, but I’m true to facts, and will rely on credible sources, experts, survivors and witnesses in my search for answers to my many (big and small) questions.

I hope you’ll enjoy reading.

PS. If you are an actual law expert and find factual errors in my posts, please contact me so that I may correct it.
